Please feel free to ask us any questions prior to ordering. As we are a small business not exclusively dealing in online merchandise sales, we do not offer refunds, even if an item arrives later than expected. If a package is lost, we will work with USPS to correct the mistake and will ship out a new order for you at no cost. We do our best to inspect each and every item before packaging. If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, email us within 7 days with photos.

Handmade items such as mugs may have small minor imperfections that are naturally occurring and do not affect the integrity of the item.

We will happily offer exchanges if a different size is needed but you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in unused, new condition.
